Key Benefits and Highlights:

The Korda Dark Matter Tungsten Coated Braid offers a significant advancement over traditional hooklinks. Its enhanced weight due to tungsten ensures that the line stays perfectly pinned to the ground, rendering the rig nearly invisible to the most wary carp. The well-designed sheath prevents awkward articulation, while allowing for easy stripping for variations like the KD Rig, Blowback, or Combi Rig. Its dark brown color ensures a chameleon-like adaptation across most fishing grounds. Abrasion-resistant, this coated braid maintains its integrity even in dense and cluttered environments, thus ensuring the safety of your catches against obstacles.

Usage Tips and Recommended Rigs:

To make the most of this high-performance hooklink, prioritize rigs where discretion is paramount. The Korda Dark Matter is ideal for self-hooking rigs and all low vis presentations. It pairs perfectly with carp-specific jig heads as well as in-line leads. For rigging, simply partially strip the sheath to the desired length: this provides a flexible tip for a natural bait presentation and a coated section ensuring invisibility and resilience, even around weed beds or sharp rocks.

FAQ and Additional Information:

• Is the product suitable for snaggy waters? Yes, thanks to its abrasion resistance and protective sheath, it is well-suited for challenging environments (weed beds, obstacles).

• How do you strip the coated braid? Simply pinch the sheath gently with an appropriate tool and remove it to reveal the flexible section, ideal for advanced rigs.

• Is it compatible with all types of leads? Yes, its semi-rigid design makes it easy to rig on various attachments, both in-line and lead clips.
