Advantages and strengths of the JBE07 Emergent Flies :
The JBE07 emergent flies from Devaux faithfully reproduce the critical emergence phase of many aquatic insects, a moment when trout and grayling are particularly selective. Thanks to their airy, realistic silhouette, they fool the most suspicious fish in clear rivers. Their controlled buoyancy keeps the fly on the surface while leaving a strategic portion submerged, triggering instinctive strikes. Their robustness allows repeated catches without fear of deformation. Usable throughout the fishing season, they suit a multitude of situations, even on heavily fished stretches.

Usage advice and recommended rigs :
The Devaux JBE07 emergent flies perform best on fine tippets with a natural presentation. A fluorocarbon tippet of 10–14/100 (0.10–0.14 mm) is recommended for increased stealth and a perfect drift. Favor upstream or three-quarter casts to imitate insect emergence. They excel in single-fly rigs but can be paired in double rigs to target trout on the surface and just below the film. Don’t hesitate to pair them with a discreet strike indicator to anticipate subtle takes.
