Benefits and strengths : The Devaux Emergent Flies JBE61 stands out for its ability to fool even the wariest fish. Their highly natural appearance, enhanced by a subtle blend of fibers and dubbing, mimics the shape and colors of most emerging insects encountered on the water. The flies provide excellent surface buoyancy, keeping the lure clearly visible and likely to provoke decisive strikes. The precise assembly, carried out by specialists, gives them extended durability and a natural presentation, significantly increasing catch rates during delicate fishing.
Usage tips and recommended rigs : To exploit the full potential of the JBE61 Emergent Flies, mount them on a fine leader, paired with a floating head line such as WF or DT. Favor upstream or 3/4 upstream approaches on slow to moderate currents to accurately reproduce the natural behavior of an insect in the emergence phase. Use small twitches to bring the fly to life without overdoing it so as not to spook fish. This fly is also an effective ally in seams, flats or tree-lined banks frequented by large salmonids. Rinse your flies after use and store them dry to prolong their lifespan.
