Benefits and key strengths:
The Devaux PRO-BUCKTAIL SYNTHETIC stands out for its extreme versatility and realism. Its lifelike appearance rivals natural bucktail while outperforming it in technical qualities: no porosity, optimal durability, and steady suppleness even after many casts. It reduces water absorption, enabling crisper casts and preventing streamers or flies from becoming heavy. The fiber retains its shape and color even after repeated exposure to sun or saltwater, maintaining maximum visual appeal for wary fish. It is also a more ethical and sustainable alternative to natural materials, supporting responsible fishing practices.

Usage tips and recommended ties:
To fully exploit the potential of PRO-BUCKTAIL SYNTHETIC, simply cut the desired amount of fibers according to the size of the lure. They bind securely with traditional tying thread and are ideal for building bulky streamers, pike flies, muddlers or tails for poppers. The product performs exceptionally with fine leaded heads, in chironomid constructions, and to imitate numerous fry and prey typical of predatory species. Use it to reinforce wings or tails on flies for trout, salmon or bass.
