ADVANTAGES AND KEY STRENGTHS OF THE PRODUCT
The Devaux MAV 01 terrestrial fly excels for its realism, attractiveness and sensitivity even to subtle takes. Its very natural look and coloring make it irresistible to trout, chub and other wary surface feeders. Constructed with specially treated fibers for optimal buoyancy, it allows gentle landings and remains visible on the surface for extended periods. Its robust build ensures long service life, even after multiple strikes. This pattern is a true asset in every fly fisher’s box, regardless of experience level.

Usage tips and recommended rigs
To get the most from the Devaux MAV 01, use a long, fine leader for natural drifts. Fish it alone or paired with a light nymph on a dropper to cover different water levels. Dry-fly techniques are most effective, especially early in the season or on warm days when fish readily take fallen terrestrial insects. Occasional dressing can be applied to maintain maximum buoyancy.
