Benefits and product highlights :
Using tungsten provides far greater density than brass, allowing your flies to sink quickly through the water column and reach current seams or deep lies where the largest fish hold. The Chocolate matte finish is ideal for fooling wary fish or in clear water. Devaux slot beads stand out for their broad compatibility with major modern hook brands, ensuring effortless placement even on down-eye or jig hooks. This level of precision and quality perfectly meets the demands of passionate and professional tiers.

Usage tips and recommended rigs :
To fully exploit the potential of Devaux Slot Chocolate Tungsten Beads, favor their use on natural-drift nymph rigs, perdigones or small streamers. Ideal with straight-shank or jig hooks, they enable inverted or weighted tie-ins suited to fast, deep fishing. Recommended techniques include sight nymphing or dead-drift nymphing, where bead density is a genuine asset to control depth and sink rate while maintaining a discreet, natural presentation. Tip: pair the bead with natural materials (herl, dubbing) for maximum realism.
