Usage Tips and Recommended Setups
To get the most out of your Armer Ika Metal, it's recommended to opt for a Tataki setup, ideal for vertical cephalopod fishing from a boat:
- Preferably pair the jig with a suitable jig head, optimizing its balance in the water.
- Use dynamic animation (rapid rise followed by a slow and controlled descent).
- Ideal technique: alternate short dry animation phases with long pauses under constant tension to provoke reflex attacks from squid and cuttlefish.
- Favor lightweight and sensitive equipment to facilitate bite detection.
