Usage tips and recommended setups to optimize your results
To fully harness the potential offered by the
Hazedong Shad 3, prioritize the following fine setups and techniques:
- Opt primarily for a small light jig head (between 2 to 5 grams depending on depth) that will accentuate the lure's natural swim in shallow waters.
- The use of a drop shot rig is particularly recommended when fish are tough and positioned near the bottom. This rig allows the lure to be subtly animated without moving its initial position, ensuring a very natural vertical presentation.
- The split shot rig is perfect for prospecting large areas with a discreet and subtle approach, ideal for wary predators.
- Always adapt the retrieval speed to be very slow and controlled to fully exploit the attractive potential of this small shad.
