The REINS Aji Caro Swamp 3'' is a 7.6 cm finesse soft lure designed for light and technical fishing, in both freshwater and saltwater. Its slim, elongated silhouette, similar to a small worm or sand eel, is aimed at wary or inactive fish, with a discreet presentation.
Its ultra-thin, ribbed shape promotes natural swimming action and light vibrations. The action is described as responsive: the lure comes to life with the slightest movement, making it ideal for slow retrieves or straight-line presentations.
The manufacturer lists several suitable rigs: Caro rig, drop-shot, wacky, and micro jig head. This versatility makes it suitable for finesse fishing and rockfishing, adapting to conditions thanks to various color options (UV, glow-in-the-dark, and natural tones).
This lure is said to be effective for horse mackerel, perch, trout, as well as various small coastal predators.
