Product Highlights
The Wolfcreek Curly Perch & Bass is a soft lure designed to trigger strikes from predatory fish whenever a lively, wide, and consistent swim action is needed. Part of the production series of the original Curly Wolfcreek, it retains a design faithful to the spirit of the handcrafted model while offering a refined finish and highly realistic details. Its compact 8.5 cm profile makes it effective for targeting educated fish or heavily pressured spots without sacrificing its ability to provoke solid bites.
Its biggest strength comes from the curly tail that activates with the slightest pull. Whether you fish it with a steady retrieve, short twitches, or a slower presentation close to the bottom, this perch lure and black bass lure produces attractive vibrations and a natural rolling action. The 3D eyes add a visual strike point and enhance the prey effect, useful in clear water as well as in more stained conditions.

Benefits and Key Features
Thanks to a perfectly soft and stretchable plastisol, the Wolfcreek Curly Perch & Bass delivers a smooth swim action, even at low speed. This flexibility helps the curly tail work from the very first turn of the reel handle, making it an excellent choice for searching water, but also for working an area where fish follow without committing. The material is also designed for superior tear resistance, an important point when strikes are frequent or fish nip short.
Its size is versatile: discreet enough to tempt wary perch, yet visible and vibrant enough to interest zander or bass. Used in lakes, canals, or rivers, this curly soft lure adapts to many situations, from shallow banks to more pronounced drop-offs. The 3D eyes contribute to overall realism and add a lifelike touch that can make the difference on tough days.
Another notable advantage is the phthalate-free formulation. In addition to a very soft feel, it represents a more environmentally responsible choice than some conventional blends. If you are looking for a modern, effective, and carefully designed lure, this Curly is a dependable addition to your tackle box.
Usage Tips
To get the most out of this lure, use simple and effective rigs. On a steady retrieve, let the tail work on its own and vary the speed to find the rhythm that triggers bites. In vertical fishing or near the bottom, work it with short twitches and pauses: the tail continues to vibrate on the drop, which often provokes strikes. Along banks, a slow and steady retrieve is deadly on perch and bass.
Be sure to match your hook and weight to the current and depth so you maintain a stable swim. The goal is to let the lure move naturally without restricting its action. And as the Wolfcreek spirit reminds us: catch, take a photo, release, and share the moment.
